Payments for orders are to be made by credit card at time of ordering. Major credit cards are accepted.

Prices and Quality
The prices quoted at wandsdirect are wholesale prices and the quality of the products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return the goods to Wands Ltd. at the address quoted above for a full refund.

Returns
Should for any reason you decide to return any unopened bottles, which are surplus to your requirements, a full refund will be made if you return the goods within 10 days of delivery. This does not apply to white wine, sparkling wines, champagne and beers.
